• Comment: Last week during the freeze, one of our units had a water heater freeze and burst. The service team reached out to Brett, and in less than an hour, he and his team were onsite addressing the issue. While they were working, another unit experienced the same problem. I called Brett again, and without hesitation, he assured me they’d handle it immediately. He was incredibly professional, prompt, and took the time to explain every step of the process. I can’t recommend Restore Pro enough! Huge thanks to Brett and his team for their outstanding work.
