• Comment: We had water damage by our sliding glass door and our State Farm rep put us in touch with RestorePro to help us with the damage and claim. They worked like a well oiled machine walking us through the claim process, working with our insurance adjuster, getting the estimates for the damage and repairs over to the adjuster quickly, and then getting all of the vendors lined up and work completed right on schedule once the claim was approved. Everyone I spoke to at RestorePro was professional and knowledgeable. Jessie called my insurance agent when the adjuster initially denied a hotel stay during construction and he made sure the hotel stay got approved for us. Thank you for caring and making that happen Jessie! Our project manager, Kyle, was fantastic! He had a wonderful work ethic, great communication and very fast getting questions answered. He even got all of the work done before I gave birth, which was a challenge for them & the vendors, yet he made it happen. His efforts for keeping to a schedule were very considerate and so appreciated by our family. I highly recommend RestorePro when you have damage to your house, you will be in great hands. Request Kyle if you can, I can’t imagine a better project manager than him!
