• Comment: After a geyser in my grandmother’s bathroom that was the result of a water pipe explosion. We reached out to RestorePro Reconstruction on her behalf. They were nothing less than top notch customer service from the first “How can we help?” to the final job completion handshake. We had to escalate the situation to a manager because the insurer would not sign off on getting the job done on the insurance end. Which by the way, Landon, is a Pitbull when it comes to handling insurance companies. We had been battling the insurance company for about a week and a half, after talking to Landon, he got on the phone and made things happen very suddenly. I don’t know if it was from him being stern with them or if he flexed his muscles, either way, the next day there was progress on the claim. Ashley, he was just heaven sent. Very business forward with being considerate to my grandmother and being transplanted out of her home since this was her only restroom. The finished product was better than we expected, thank you RestorePro for making all this possible. Landon, Ashley, and team keep on keeping on!
