Was our staff friendly and courteous throughout the duration of the work?
- Comment: We had a significant water leak overnight in our office. We called RP the next morning and they were onsite within an hour or so. By that afternoon, we had met, stacked hands on a plan for remediation and they had mobilized numerous dehumidifiers & fans. They had us dried out and ready to return to work over thr weekend. They also took photos, readings, etc for our use in the insurance follow up.
