I have worked with RestorePro in my own home and they were very professional and thorough. Katelyn and Leslie have both been fantastic to work with. They were very responsive when I had questions and followed up to insure we were happy with their work. If you find yourself in need of a restoration company, highly recommend them!

Jeremiah D. & Jahmad G. both came to clean the vents in my apartment and were extremely quick and professional. I would highly recommend these 2 to come clean your vents.

Restore Pro came in and did a wonderful job at removing the wet and molded part of the ceiling in my bedroom. They made sure any part that had been touched by the water was removed. Jeremiah and Jahmad were extremely helpful in explaining what happens next and answered any questions I had. They came in and took care of the removal in a very timely manner making sure to clean up any mess from the job. I am very grateful Restore Pro was the company called out to do this job~they did not disappoint!!

I meet Katelyn Spicer on a Vendor outing (Hockey game). She was such a joy. She was very conversational and friendly. I look forward to working with her this year! :)

Restore Pro provided the most exceptional service by sending Steven and Austin to help me and my family. These two men have been respectful, professional and over the top hard working. They came to my home due to a backed up toilet that overflowed, it was a very embarrassing thing to happen and have people in your home. These men were reliable, knowledgeable and completed the mitigation quickly. I know my experience with these men is not over yet, but knowing that I have exceptional professionals working in my home, I know it will be completed correctly and efficiently. They come in with respect and clean up everything when they leave. So happy to have these two men helping me.

Working with Steve, Ryan and Veronica on my project was a such an easy, stress free experience. That is saying a lot given I’m 39 weeks pregnant and had pipe burst and flood my home so close to my due date. The team has been incredibly professional, responsive and accommodating in helping to find the best solution for my unique circumstance. They took the time to listen and offer different solutions for how to best mitigate our water damage. Could not recommend this team enough, they are All-Stars!!

I am so pleased with the service that RestorePro did in several of our apartments. They were very responsive and were considerate of my tenants and their health concerns. Marcus, Jorge, and Austin were among the teams that came out to my site. I am definitely going to use their services in the future as needed and will recommend them to other managers that I know.

Problem: I had water pouring from my kitchen ceiling and needed help as soon as possible. The plumber resolved my problem but there was damage to to my ceiling and kitchen and bathroom floors. I called restorepro reconstruction after my basement flooded from my dishwasher. Restorepro responded within an hour and started to remove the water and clean up the mess. They set fans and dehumidifiers to start the drying process the same day. Restorepro really shined during the entire repair process. The constant communication with Josh and project managers made this entire disaster seamless. Highly recommend.
