Bearing in mind that we had to deal with a very obstructive insurance adjustor, the PM, Ryan, and his team did a great job. There was a bit of a lack of communication between the various contractors ( and we are sticklers for communication) but Ryan was very responsive and helpful, and in the end the work was done beautifully, everything was on schedule, and we have had no major snags to deal with, which is most impressive for this job . I can definitely recommend RestorePro ( and Ryan) for Flood damage repairs.

I had storm damage in January 2024 to my roof, attic and hallway. Jahmad Gripper and Gary came out immediately and set up blowers and removed the wet insulation from my attic and hallway carpet. They were professional and courteous in every manner. They returned and removed the blowers later. I was very impressed with their professional work ethic. Thank you RestorePro.

After a geyser in my grandmother’s bathroom that was the result of a water pipe explosion. We reached out to RestorePro Reconstruction on her behalf. They were nothing less than top notch customer service from the first “How can we help?” to the final job completion handshake. We had to escalate the situation to a manager because the insurer would not sign off on getting the job done on the insurance end. Which by the way, Landon, is a Pitbull when it comes to handling insurance companies. We had been battling the insurance company for about a week and a half, after talking to Landon, he got on the phone and made things happen very suddenly. I don’t know if it was from him being stern with them or if he flexed his muscles, either way, the next day there was progress on the claim. Ashley, he was just heaven sent. Very business forward with being considerate to my grandmother and being transplanted out of her home since this was her only restroom. The finished product was better than we expected, thank you RestorePro for making all this possible. Landon, Ashley, and team keep on keeping on!

We started a repair/remediation process with this company this past weekend. Their response time was great and within hours Garey showed up at our door and gave us the most professional walk thru our issues. I had 4 to 6 inches of water in my basement due to a broken water pipe. My plumber recommended them and they did a magnificent job. Rob and Rico were amazing! They never stopped not even for lunch. This company was phenomenal! A leaking roof caused water damage to my mother’s living room. The insurance co sent RestorePro out to complete the painting and repair. Leslie Turner was our contact with RestorePro. She walked us through the process, scheduled the work and contacted the “packout” company to remove the artwork, move the furniture and pack the small items in the paint area. 1-800 Packouts of Charlotte was also amazing and professional. Our paint contractor, Mr. C’s Painting did the paint work. Carlos and his team were amazingly professional, courteous and efficient. This was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to call RestorePro in the future for whatever home improvement work we need. Excellent company!

RestorePro did an amazing job for us. We had water damage beneath our sink due to a leaky faucet - completely crumbled the original particle board flooring. They replaced the cabinet flooring with strong solid wood and painted our kitchen to ensure everything looked pristine.
