I recently required RestorePro’s services in mitigating and restoring my home after a water leak. And they were amazing. Very professional and extremely nice. I will definitely be recommending them to others. I am still in the early stages of my restoration but I am confident they will complete this project with same quality they did during the mitigation process.

I appreciated the communication of info while they were working, especially since this was my first time dealing with a restoration/mitigation situation. General Manager Jess was both pleasant and professional. My husband and I felt like valued clients from entrance to exit. She took the time to explain the process from beginning to end. The crews (flooring, storage and cleanup) she used were excellent. They took care of our items as if it were their belongings. I would highly recommend Restore Pro for all your needs.

In December I had a hot water tank leak. David McAliley and his team quickly began the mitigation process. Half a room of hardwoods, sheetrock and insulation, and insulation under my home, had to be removed. Most of my downstairs is hardwood so all floors would need to be sanded and stained to match the new floors. And then came Jessica!!! I was scheduled to be out of town, so I asked if these repairs could be done while I was away and my puppy boarded. At our first meeting, she was professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions regarding the insurance payments and she was kind. So off I go, half way around the world, with no concern regarding all the people in and out of my home for two weeks. My neighbors said they worked until 7 pm some nights. I am so very thankful for the wonderful care of my home. I knew I could trust her and RestorePro. You can too.

Donnell & Lavoris are fantastic! Their exceptional customer service really took the time to clarify everything for us, especially when our complex failed to do so. They not only brightened our day but also helped us feel much better about the entire situation!

Had some mold issues a Restore Pro sent out an amazing tech Marcus Short , very pleasant a knowledgeable ,he hooked up everything ,explained the process, answered all my questions a concerns. Derek and his team mitigated and replaced my vanity in the Bathroom. It came out fantastic. The whole process was no hassle. Every aspect of the repair and replacement was done professionally with great Quality. I highly recommend this company and Derek and his team for any problem you have

I recently had the opportunity to work with RestorePro after a flood in my townhome and I can’t recommend them or my rep Jessica Wells enough. From start to finish in a very stressful situation I was put at ease by Jessica and her team. The mitigation team was at the property within hours of my initial call with fans to dry the area and a plan! I don’t know what I would have done without them. Jessica was in contact with me daily making sure I knew what to expect every step of the way and was always willing to meet the various workers, plumbers etc that needed to access the property when no one else could. RestorePro is a company I never knew I would need but I will never ever forget! If you ever experience damage in your home call them to help and do yourself a favor ask for Jessica!

If I could rate the team higher, it would exceed well above that! David, Jess, Fred, and Michael were absolutely amazing. Not only were only they accommodating around our schedules (and insurance company) but they made our repairs look better than what it looked like when we bought our house! Can't thank them enough and I couldn't recommend them more! They are the BEST!
