Restore Pro did an amazing job getting us on our way with water mitigation after a sudden leak that caused some major damage to our kitchen and bathroom ceilings and walls. Lavoris and Marcus communicated they were on their way as soon as possible. They got to our house and immediately introduced themselves before quickly assessing the situation. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional as they sought to solve the mystery. I was most impressed.
Lavoris and Marcus continued to show quality work as they drilled holes, drained water, and set up fans and plastic lines to address the moisture. All in high heat but with a smiles on their faces.
Lavoris and Marcus clearly explained what they were doing and when they’d be back.
They were assisted by Raina and Stacy who were also quite professional, kind, and personable.
At this point, I am highly impressed with the quality service Restore Pro is delivering. Thank you!

RestorePro did a great job with the water damage in my apartment. Adolfo and Becker are a great team. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough, which is so hard to find these days. Had a toilet leak in my house and about 2 inches of water in my bathroom. Layton Kirby got his team to call me quick and had someone out within the hour. Lavoris and Marcus came out and mitigated everything wonderfully!

In December I had a hot water tank leak. David McAliley and his team quickly began the mitigation process. Half a room of hardwoods, sheetrock and insulation, and insulation under my home, had to be removed. Most of my downstairs is hardwood so all floors would need to be sanded and stained to match the new floors. And then came Jessica!!! I was scheduled to be out of town, so I asked if these repairs could be done while I was away and my puppy boarded. At our first meeting, she was professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions regarding the insurance payments and she was kind. So off I go, half way around the world, with no concern regarding all the people in and out of my home for two weeks. My neighbors said they worked until 7 pm some nights. I am so very thankful for the wonderful care of my home. I knew I could trust her and RestorePro. You can too.

Had some mold issues a Restore Pro sent out an amazing tech Marcus Short , very pleasant a knowledgeable ,he hooked up everything ,explained the process, answered all my questions a concerns.
