Restore Pro was very professional. I had water damage from a leak in my master bathroom and it leaked to my laundry room and water started dripping out of the light fixture. The ceiling has water damage and Tyler came to rescue! He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Tyler explained what was wrong in a manner that I understood. I would recommend and use this company again in the future.

Restore Pro was very professional and personable. I had a water leak in from my water heater inside a wall adjoining my kitchen. Once I contacted Restore Pro, Caleb came and did a 3D rendering of the damage and surrounding affected areas. From this they were able to provide a detailed estimate to the insurance company. Once this was completed sub-contractors and Restore Pro associates, Javier and Caesar, installed cabinets, plumbing, electrical and flooring. These two guys were polite, professional and did an excellent job. Brian Wolfe was our main contact as project manager and was very helpful as well as David Vogeney with estimating and working with the insurance company. All in all, a great experience working with this company and their associates. Also, shout out to Johathan "Red-Dog" Wallace as my initial contact with Restore Pro.

My problem began with a refrigerator leak.I did not realize what was happening until I spotted discoloration in the floors and what appeared to be sand or grit coming up through the flooring. It was the result of a wet sticky coating surfacing from underneath the engineered hardwood floors. A friend shut off the water. By then a floor cabinet was ruined as well as the flooring underneath and in front of the refrigerator. After the inlet valve was installed I contacted my Parent Company Summit Insurance. I spoke to Pamela McGrath who recommended RestorePro Reconstruction of Charlotte.I contacted them and was also in touch with Arick Kanagy, a State Auto Adjuster assigned to my home problem. First the Mitigation Phase began. Floors were pulled up . The damaged cabinet removed and fans set up. Then Arick contacted me to see if I wanted to continue with the company. I consented to have the Reconstruction phase begin. Landon Ring came to begin the process. Next Leslie Turner the Project Manager brought floor samples to choose from. She is a lovely sweet person who is professional and congenial. Leslie ordered the flooring that was in stock and then scheduled the Teams. Within a week the process was completed. Thank you Pamela McGrath and Arick Kanagy for turning an unfortunate, stressful situation into a wonderful blessing. I love my Cattail Pecan Laminate Floors. Brian and his team at RestorePro are great! Our office was hit with the C virus and they were out here the next day giving the office a cleaning to kill all the germs for a safe return for the office and our customers. We also try to refer to them any time we can and have never had any complaints from customers!

There were some issues when the repair process started but with the help from Leslie from RestorePro and Nelson, who was doing the repairs, we are extremely pleased with the finished product. Leslie was on top of everything from the time she took the lead on this project until it was done and exceeding our expectations.

Restore Pro came in and did a wonderful job at removing the wet and molded part of the ceiling in my bedroom. They made sure any part that had been touched by the water was removed. Jeremiah and Jahmad were extremely helpful in explaining what happens next and answered any questions I had. They came in and took care of the removal in a very timely manner making sure to clean up any mess from the job. I am very grateful Restore Pro was the company called out to do this job~they did not disappoint!!

I had a water heater bust and had water damage in my home. Heidi and Tyler were great to work with from the mitigation process to repairing the house. The communication was excellent and the job looked better than the way the house originally was.
