Any concerns I had were addressed promptly and efficiently. He went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were fulfilled ! His team members, Jorge and Jack also performed exceptional work. Thank you to Derek Allen, the project manager from Restore Pro. He was very professional, courteous, and responsive. Whenever I had a question he would answer it quickly and responded in a timely manner. His guys from Vinny Flooring did amazing work. They went above and beyond and helped me think through decisions which helped the process move along quickly. We did not plan for our sewer to back up in our house! But they made the process easy to deal with, and now our house looks brand new. We love our new floors and walls! We recently had water damage on our main floor and had to move out for a couple weeks while RestorePro helped us manage replacing everything. We had some hiccups but what project doesn't. The best part of the whole process was our project manager, Jessica "Jess" Wells! I can't imagine doing this project without her. I felt like her top priority the whole time. She was extremely organized, creative with solutions, and made things happen! It felt like even if I just thought something, she was already doing it to make my life easier. She can make a stressful situation easy to face. If I ever have another house project, I would want a "Jess." She is a great person and anyone who gets the pleasure of working with her is very lucky! Bryan responded immediately when we called, and worked with the insurance adjuster to get the quotes to match. Derek communicated well, and got the repair train rolling. Once repairs began, the crew from Vinny Flooring turned around our project with remarkable speed.

Last week during the freeze, one of our units had a water heater freeze and burst. The service team reached out to Brett, and in less than an hour, he and his team were onsite addressing the issue. While they were working, another unit experienced the same problem. I called Brett again, and without hesitation, he assured me they’d handle it immediately. He was incredibly professional, prompt, and took the time to explain every step of the process. I can’t recommend Restore Pro enough! Huge thanks to Brett and his team for their outstanding work.

I had a recent water leak that caused entire downstairs damage to my floor. This happened during the time I was about to close on my house so things were going a little bit crazy. Then Derek Allen stepped in and managed the project with Vinny’s flooring, it went smoothly, efficiently, and without a glitch in the project. The repairs were beautiful and I was able to close on time. Derek stayed in touch and the project went very amazingly well.! Thanks, Derek for all your help

From the beginning of our kitchen issues, RestorePro was so extremely helpful. They fought for us with our homeowners' insurance and made sure we got the assistance we needed. Jessica Wells was our project manager and was very communicative. She suggested materials for us when we needed, helped us not go over our tight budget, and had our backs through the entire process from start to finish. I highly recommend RestorePro if you need mitigation or renovation work done on your home.

I will leave a detailed review soon with pictures so you will truly understand. However, if you are considering using this company, do not think about it, just do it. Trust the process… you will not be disappointed. Update.. The pictures speak for themselves. Before and after. When the “gutting” portion of my reconstruction was complete I thought I would have a nervous breakdown. There was no way they could repair my home.. I was wrong. Thank you Kenny, Bonnie, David , Hector , Angel and everyone else that helped in this process..

After my condominium was flooded, RestorePro was hired to do the repair work. Jessica Wells, project manager, brought in Eduardo, from Eddy’s Remodeling LLC, to do the work. I was very pleased with Jessica‘s lead on his project. She was transparent her communications, and stayed on top of things in a timely manner. Also, I was extremely happy with Eduardo and his crew. They came into my home, in a friendly manner, worked tirelessly, the entire time and produced good results. We are extremely pleased with their work. Eduardo kept me informed and asked For my input on every decision. He treated me as though my opinion mattered, in spite my limited knowledge of such projects. He was never discouraged when I suggested something different from what was proposed. We would gladly hire them again For future projects.

RestorePro was quick with addressing our water damage in the kitchen. Derek Allen managed reconstruction and kept all the vendors on track. Excellent Work!
