Comment: We had a significant water leak overnight in our office. We called RP the next morning and they were onsite within an hour or so. By that afternoon, we had met, stacked hands on a plan for remediation and they had mobilized numerous dehumidifiers & fans. They had us dried out and ready to return to work over thr weekend. They also took photos, readings, etc for our use in the insurance follow up.

Comment: I had an excellent experience with Restore Pro Reconstruction in Charlotte, NC. Lavoris and Marcus arrived promptly and were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. They truly provided service with a smile.

Steven and Veronica are awesome. Sincerely. Friendly without being intrusive, were accurate with all of their time estimates, punctual, and just very nice people you don’t mind having in your home. I hope I never need to call again for mold issues, obviously, but I will without a doubt use this company when/if I ever need any services they offer based off of this experience. Steven also told me a little bit about mold, so now I can impress my friends with this new knowledge!

After an undetectable leak under a shower base in our bathroom caused significant damage these guys came to our rescue. They removed flooring and relocated furniture in order to effectively dry and rid our house of mold causing moisture. The team was on point with personal service that just doesn’t seem to be the norm today. Continual updates and very professional! Thanks to these folks our house is on the road back to normal. I look forward to working with their construction team to rebuild now!

Once we got all the details worked out from our insurance company, our restoration project went super quick! Derek Allen is who my project manager was and he was super informative and responsive! Ramon from Jovel Painting and his crew came in and knocked out the project really quickly! Thank you again for all of the hard work!

Comment: Came back and finish up my living room. Did I a great job from the team before and after with Jessica, Javier, Caspar and Martin.

I had a very positive experience with Jessica at RestorePro! She was professional and responsive to all of my questions. She did a good job on keeping everything on track and on time. I would recommend Jessica and RestorePro to anyone!

We can’t say enough positive things about Jessica Wells, who was our project manager for the repair portion of our RestorePro project. She was extremely attentive and accommodating as she answered all of my questions promptly. She did a great job coordinating all of the logistics from ordering supplies to scheduling the crew. A few things happened outside of her control and she worked extremely hard to ensure we still finished our project within the original timeframe. She was great to work with and I would definitely recommend RestorePro to anyone who needs reconstruction work.

We used RestorePro to immediately help with a major water issue. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Lavoris Smith and CJ Fenoff were our primary technicians and did an AMAZING job. We’d recommend RestorePro to other families in a similar situation.

We have used serprov in the past and had a really bad experience with them. Then we called restorepro and they came to property promptly. Elaine and Reyna where very professional and very detailed. They explained every detail why and what we needed. We will continue to use RestorePro because of there customer service. Would recommend this company for all our properties if needed.

Jessica and her team were fantastic to work with. There was good communication on what to expect before the work was started. The finished repairs looked great and we were pleased with the work. All in all we had a good experience working with this company.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived the next day. The equipment setup was very neat. I would definitely recommend their services!

The staff at RestorePro made the entire process so easy. I had a cracked pipe and water was leaking downstairs. Once I got the leak fixed, they came in and started the cleanup process. They showed up when they were said they would, and it was one crew after the other. The flooring was done in 1 day and the painters took 2 days because they had to do multiple coats. Jenea, Jessica, and David you are the best. You answered my questions and made things so easy for me. As a 1st time homeowner, I had a lot of questions and you guys were so patient. I thank you and appreciate you guys so much. I'm loving my new floors. Again, thank you.

Restore Pro did an amazing job getting us on our way with water mitigation after a sudden leak that caused some major damage to our kitchen and bathroom ceilings and walls. Lavoris and Marcus communicated they were on their way as soon as possible. They got to our house and immediately introduced themselves before quickly assessing the situation. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional as they sought to solve the mystery. I was most impressed. Lavoris and Marcus continued to show quality work as they drilled holes, drained water, and set up fans and plastic lines to address the moisture. All in high heat but with a smiles on their faces. Lavoris and Marcus clearly explained what they were doing and when they’d be back. They were assisted by Raina and Stacy who were also quite professional, kind, and personable. At this point, I am highly impressed with the quality service Restore Pro is delivering. Thank you!

RestorePro did a great job with the water damage in my apartment. Adolfo and Becker are a great team. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough, which is so hard to find these days. Had a toilet leak in my house and about 2 inches of water in my bathroom. Layton Kirby got his team to call me quick and had someone out within the hour. Lavoris and Marcus came out and mitigated everything wonderfully!
